Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and disseminate status updates and comprehensive project timelines.

• Conduct regular status meetings and relay updates from Studio Z and stakeholders.

• Formulate project plans and briefing documents in collaboration with the Account team.

• Participate in and lead briefings to clarify deliverables and timelines.

• Assist in weekly resource meetings by providing organized project requests.

• Identify capacity conflicts and timing risks to the Senior Program Manager.

• Promote communication, schedule creative reviews, and deliver written summaries.

• Manage the routing of creative copy documents, presentations, digital assets, and other materials for review and approval.

• Coordinate debrief sessions with Account, Strategy, and Creative teams following client presentations.

• Uphold operational systems such as JIRA, Google forecasting sheets, and DAM.

• Ensure precise project data for team-level reporting.

• Embrace AI tools and productivity enhancements to optimize workflow efficiency.

• Assist in creative portfolio delivery from the initial brief through to final delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, creative operations, or campaign production.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven experience collaborating with creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and editors.

• A collaborative approach and a commitment to extracting the best outcomes from teams.

• A keen eye for efficiency and innovative problem-solving.

• Familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects at once.

• An interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a motivation to implement smarter workflows.
