This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of relationships with health system customers, from the initial site implementation to multi-site growth and the discovery of new use cases.
• Facilitate kick-off meetings, conduct workflow mapping sessions, configure platforms, manage go-lives, and provide first-line support.
• Handle multiple deployments simultaneously and take responsibility for KPI reporting across accounts.
• Discover new use cases, sites, and avenues for expansion.
• Create business cases utilizing customer outcome data and collaborate with the Sales team to secure expansions.
• Deliver data-driven narratives and recommendations to health system directors and VP-level executives.
• Convert clinical workflows, call flows, cadence, handoff logic, and edge cases into product requirements.
• Define and evaluate account KPIs, including reach rate, engagement, confirmation rate, escalation volume, staff time saved, and clinical outcomes.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with VP-level champions and clinical personnel.
• Manage the feedback loop to Product and Engineering, identifying bugs, feature gaps, and scope creep.
• Oversee multiple workstreams while ensuring quality standards are upheld.
• Develop replicable processes and playbooks to facilitate scalable delivery and growth.
• 8–12 years of pertinent experience.
• Proven history of managing intricate, multi-stakeholder programs from start to finish.
• At least one program where you successfully drove expansion or growth beyond the initial scope.
• Experience in strategic account management or client partnership at a healthcare technology or services organization, health system program management, implementation, expansion planning, change management, process design, clinical workflow redesign, care transformation, or improving hospital/health system processes.
• Strong, verifiable project management skills.
• Capability to manage several parallel workstreams.
• Proficiency in scoping projects and mapping processes and dependencies.
• Ability to construct financial narratives, ROI models, or client expansion proposals.
• Growth-focused mindset for identifying adjacent opportunities and developing business cases.
• Self-service-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Based in the United States.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–30% for go-lives, strategic reviews, and onsite engagements.
• Ability to collaborate closely with the team based in Spain.
