This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of the entire lifecycle of relationships with US health systems, from initial site implementation to multi-site expansion and the discovery of new use cases.
β’ Propel account growth by identifying new sites, use cases, and pathways.
β’ Develop business cases utilizing customer outcomes data and collaborate with Sales to secure expansions.
β’ Lead the implementation of sites, which includes conducting kick-off meetings, workflow mapping, platform configuration, go-live support, and first-line assistance.
β’ Manage multiple simultaneous deployments.
β’ Oversee KPI reporting schedules and define as well as measure account metrics.
β’ Analyze metrics such as reach rate, engagement, confirmation rate, escalation volume, staff time freed, and clinical outcomes.
β’ Create narratives and recommendations for VP-level health system leadership.
β’ Interpret customer clinical workflows, call flows, cadence, handoff logic, and edge cases for Clinical and Product teams.
β’ Establish and maintain relationships with directors and VPs as champions.
β’ Build trust with clinical staff and address operational needs effectively.
β’ Manage the feedback loop to Product and Engineering, identifying bugs, feature gaps, and scope creep.
β’ Oversee multiple workstreams while upholding quality standards.
β’ Develop scalable processes and playbooks.
β’ Provide field insights to influence product priorities, expansion strategies, and future sales opportunities.
β’ 8β12 years of pertinent experience.
β’ Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs from start to finish.
β’ Experience driving expansion or growth beyond initial project scopes.
β’ Prior experience in strategic account management or client partnership within a healthcare technology or services company, health system program management, implementation, expansion planning, change management, process design, clinical workflow redesign, care transformation, or hospital/health system process improvement.
β’ An instinct for growth and the ability to identify adjacent opportunities, build a compelling case, and take action.
β’ Strong and demonstrable project management capabilities.
β’ Proficient in managing multiple parallel workstreams.
β’ Ability to lead scoping efforts and map processes along with identifying gaps.
β’ Comfortable creating financial narratives and translating operational metrics into business cases.
β’ Self-service-first mindset towards problem-solving.
β’ Based in the US.
β’ Willing to travel up to 25β30% for go-lives, strategic reviews, and onsite activities.
β’ Ability to collaborate closely with a team based in Spain.
