This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Strive Pharmacy’s most critical, cross-departmental programs and projects.
• Manage initiatives that involve multiple departments, areas of expertise, teams, priorities, and varying working styles.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors, project managers, and stakeholders to outline scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables.
• Create and sustain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and resource management plans.
• Proactively identify and address risks and issues.
• Provide executive-level updates on program status, timelines, budgets, risks, and outcomes.
• Ensure programs are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet expected scope and quality standards.
• Offer additional project and program management assistance to the PMO during peak periods or capacity challenges.
• Work with the PMO team to uphold consistent methodologies, tools, and reporting protocols.
• Lead governance activities, such as steering committee updates, stage-gate reviews, and program status meetings.
• Promote accountability across cross-functional project teams and monitor roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to Enterprise PMO practices and standards.
• Manage changes, scope adjustments, risk assessments, and communications as priorities and requirements evolve.
• Deliver executive-level reporting to key organizational stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 8 years of experience in project and program management, particularly in managing complex, cross-departmental initiatives.
• Proven experience in providing executive-level reporting and effectively communicating with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple concurrent projects and programs across various departments, subject areas, and complexity levels.
• Strong history of delivering programs on time, within budget, and meeting expected scope and quality standards.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal relations, with the capacity to influence without direct authority.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, along with sound judgment in ambiguous or changing situations.
• Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly, including taking on overflow tasks as departmental PMO priorities and capacity shift.
• Preferred: Experience with Asana or similar project/program management tools.
• Preferred: A project or program management certification, such as PMP, PgMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience in the healthcare, pharmacy, or other highly regulated industries.
• Preferred: Experience working within or alongside a formal PMO structure.
