Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the Kent contract's success by leveraging strategic upselling, enhancing operational efficiencies, and delivering consultative project execution.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships across six NHS Trusts, engaging with everyone from department leaders to frontline personnel.

• Oversee contract governance, conduct performance evaluations, and implement stakeholder engagement strategies.

• Convert insights into actionable initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, sustainability, compliance, and education.

• Prepare Sharpsmart for contract renewal in three years, ensuring long-term continuity and value delivery.

• Conduct monthly audits across all six Trusts to pinpoint risks and opportunities for value enhancement.

• Manage and deliver monthly contract evaluations with each Trust and the larger consortium body.

• Actively collaborate with subcontractors to identify and implement innovative solutions and service improvements.

• Coordinate with internal experts, field services, and the account management team to guarantee top-tier delivery, account stability, and strategic positioning for contract renewal and growth.

• Oversee stakeholder engagement, continuous auditing and insights, contract evaluations, project planning, service coordination, performance tracking, margin enhancement, retention and growth, standard proposal creation, and innovation and subcontractor collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate TWM customer accounts or comparable sector partnerships.

• Strong commercial acumen with the capability to model savings, margin, and return on investment (ROI).

• Proficiency in cultivating senior stakeholder relationships and navigating NHS/ICB governance frameworks.

• Experience in clinical waste management, infection control, or healthcare service environments is preferred.

• Collaborative, self-motivated, and accountable with a high degree of ownership.
