This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of essential vendor relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact at the program level.
• Establish and nurture executive-level connections with vendor partners.
• Propel portfolio performance, focusing on volume growth, retention, and program profitability.
• Manage vendor program health and ensure alignment with vendor leadership.
• Collaborate with Vendor Sales Account Managers and Sales Coordinators to facilitate transactions and provide a consistent client experience.
• Supervise and enhance program structure, workflow, and service delivery across assigned vendors.
• Track portfolio performance and pinpoint opportunities to boost adoption and utilization.
• Ensure alignment between vendor expectations and internal capabilities, proactively addressing issues.
• Offer forecasting, reporting, and insights regarding vendor activity and growth opportunities.
• Work collaboratively across credit, operations, and sales leadership teams to improve program effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and four (4) years of experience in commercial, small business, equipment financing, or related sales OR a High School Diploma or GED with six (6) years of experience in commercial, small business, equipment financing, or related sales.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other relevant sales tools.
• Capability to drive results without direct sales ownership.
• Proficient in researching, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting when required.
• Capacity to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Data-driven mindset focused on performance metrics.
• Proven ability to present information effectively to various audiences.
• Strong financial understanding and knowledge of equipment finance/vendor programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong relationship management and influencing capabilities.
