This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of essential vendor relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact at the program level.
• Establish and sustain executive-level connections with vendor partners.
• Propel portfolio performance, focusing on volume growth, retention, and program profitability.
• Manage the health of vendor programs and ensure alignment with vendor leadership.
• Collaborate with Vendor Sales Account Managers and Sales Coordinators to facilitate transactions and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Enhance program structure, workflows, and service delivery across designated vendors.
• Track portfolio performance and pinpoint opportunities to boost adoption and usage.
• Align vendor expectations with internal capabilities and proactively address issues.
• Deliver forecasting, reporting, and insights regarding vendor activities and growth prospects.
• Work together with credit, operations, and sales leadership teams to improve program efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with two (2) years of experience in commercial, small business, equipment financing, or related sales; alternatively, a high school diploma/GED with four (4) years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other relevant sales tools.
• Capable of achieving results without direct sales ownership.
• Strong ability to research, analyze data, and extract meaningful insights.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented setting when needed.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Data-driven approach with a strong focus on performance metrics.
• Proven ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
• Solid financial understanding and knowledge of equipment finance/vendor programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong relationship management and influencing abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
