Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic guidance for cyber defense and monitoring initiatives

• Ensure top-notch security operations

• Supervise SOC operations, incident management frameworks, and service delivery

• Act as the primary point of engagement with Department of State leadership regarding cyber response capabilities

• Ensure resources align with mission requirements for monitoring, response, threat hunting, and intelligence

• Oversee the performance monitoring of the SOC

• Manage incident response processes

• Direct threat intelligence operations

• Supervise daily reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries

• Oversee SIEM tuning and optimization of monitoring

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in federal SECOPS program management

• PMP certification is recommended

• CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, or similar certifications are preferred

• Familiarity with SIEM, IDS/IPS, incident response playbooks, and forensics workflows

• Minimum Secret security clearance is required

• Capability to obtain a Top Secret clearance

• Candidates must be able to secure clearance without sponsorship; ProSync cannot sponsor candidates for a security clearance

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in any discipline
