This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take ownership of designated customer programs from the internal handoff through the execution of production and delivery.
• Act as the primary internal point of contact for program coordination among Sales, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, and deliverables for programs; identify risks related to cost, schedule, or quality.
• Capture, convey, and ensure compliance with customer requirements, approvals, and documentation.
• Organize internal reviews and cross-functional meetings to facilitate program execution and resolve issues.
• Monitor program status, outstanding actions, and risks; escalate issues with proposed solutions.
• Support customer interactions in collaboration with Sales.
• Coordinate and escalate timelines with external processors, suppliers, and material partners.
• Oversee material flow, pinpoint bottlenecks, and drive prompt resolutions.
• Document, communicate, and align changes in scope, requirements, or priorities.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering on customer-driven requirements, approvals, and corrective actions.
• Assist in new program launches, including onboarding, documentation alignment, and readiness evaluations.
• Promote continuous improvement in program execution, communication flow, and handoff processes.
• Travel to Prince facilities and customer locations as necessary.
• Must be open to traveling up to 40% of the time.
• Excellent organizational and execution skills with the capability to manage multiple active programs.
• Clear and direct communicator; able to align cross-functional teams and manage expectations effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Ability to identify risks early and drive towards resolutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with stringent customer requirements.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills with a practical, execution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and project tracking tools is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently across multiple facilities and functional teams.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management, program management, or operations within a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in supporting aerospace, space, defense, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
• Prior experience coordinating cross-functional teams is essential.
• Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
• Must be able to access and navigate production facilities.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support programs across facilities.
