This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the roadmap and implementation of Generosity University in collaboration with a committed product manager and software engineer, with support from AM and engineering teams as needed.
• Propel Gen U towards its ambitious goal of achieving $1M in annualized subscription sales by 2026.
• Convert over 765 inbound pastor leads into active and engaged churches.
• Develop a transparent subscription pricing and packaging strategy.
• Craft playbooks, training materials, and resources for prospects to enhance the new-logo sales approach.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to modernize the curriculum and enhance the delivery experience.
• Establish a reporting framework that integrates Kajabi and offline cohort data into Overflow's primary dashboard.
• Coordinate efforts among Gen U's content partners, founding champions, engineering, and sales/AM teams.
• Provide updates on progress and achievements directly to executive leadership.
• A minimum of 5 years in program or product management, with proven experience managing a revenue-linked KPI in a cross-functional, resource-limited environment.
• Proven success in transforming a founder-led product or program into a systematic and scalable model.
• Ability to engage directly with engineers on scope and delivery trade-offs; capable of participating in technical discussions without coding experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to represent Gen U credibly to sales leadership, pastors, and church customers.
• Authentic alignment with Overflow's mission, values, and culture.
• Comfort operating within a faith-based, church-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with church, ministry, or other faith-based organizational contexts is advantageous.
• Experience with e-learning platforms (like Kajabi) or cohort-based education products is a plus.
• Background in selling to or serving houses of worship or nonprofit organizations is a plus.
• Experience leading a shift from one-time or bundled pricing to a subscription model is a plus.
• Must not require visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
