This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee program activities to meet the financial and performance objectives set by MarketSource and the client.
• Manage program operations and track employee performance and activities.
• Handle client commitments and manage their expectations effectively.
• Evaluate program goals and provide performance updates to the client and leadership.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance performance and surpass program objectives.
• Create and execute processes for measuring and improving performance.
• Deliver analysis for ad-hoc executive management reports.
• Prepare contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
• Oversee the program's profit and loss management.
• Conduct regular financial and program assessments with client management and MarketSource.
• Supervise and lead staff, including recruitment, selection, and development initiatives.
• Set, communicate, and evaluate team objectives for territory management.
• Establish an operational rhythm using CRM for account management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee employee performance reviews, hiring, promotions, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure effective monitoring of results and initiate corrective measures as necessary.
• Support the team in maintaining relationships, negotiating, and finalizing opportunities.
• Educate the team on essential skills, tools, product knowledge, and business intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Over 3 years of experience in a sales environment.
• Willingness to travel 50%-80% within the market, including occasional out-of-state and overnight trips.
• Proven track record in developing, implementing, and managing high-performance programs with ambitious goals and successful outcomes.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and capability to swiftly adapt to changing priorities, responsibilities, and business demands.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to cultivate robust partnerships with internal team members and external stakeholders.
• Documented experience in analyzing and enhancing work processes for efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to function effectively as a team player and coach.
• Proven leadership, motivational, and influencing skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Capability to present to senior leaders and executives, as well as to small and large audiences.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, demonstrating integrity and confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
