Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor deliverables associated with management services.

• Provide collaborative and influential leadership alongside co-management stakeholders to ensure adherence to contracts and overall success.

• Collaborate with GCBS Management Services, Quality, Operations, and Clinical and Medical Directors teams to deliver management services at partnership locations.

• Oversee the development, implementation, and organization of neurosurgical programming services.

• Manage neurosurgery scheduling and committee support at the co-management site.

• Lead the planning and development of committees focused on education, training, and operational effectiveness.

• Analyze operational trends and create measurable action plans for process improvement.

• Convene stakeholders and facilitate processes for change.

• Manage project scope, plans, objectives, timelines, tasks, quality, and resources for assigned deliverables.

• Collaborate with GCBS providers and quality, education, and research supports to fulfill contracted services and deliverables.

• Integrate internal GCBS educational and operational initiatives into partner operations and programming.

• Communicate pertinent program information to physician partners and/or leadership.

• Participate in internal committees and represent GCBS to external organizations and agencies as directed.

• Perform additional related duties and projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience in management and program development.

• Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in healthcare leadership or similar experience in a professional setting.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in program development and management.

• Active communication and respectful collaboration with peers and partnership stakeholders.

• Understanding and commitment to the GCBS Mission and Values.

• Frequent and consistent travel to various clinic and hospital sites, as well as occasional out-of-state travel.
