Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee every facet of task order execution, encompassing planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Collaborate with the Government KO, COR, and various agency representatives to guarantee compliance with contract specifications.

• Direct project teams in the execution of cyber resilience strategies and solutions.

• Ensure adherence to DoD standards and directives.

• Deliver regular updates and reports to Government leadership and stakeholders.

• Enhance communication between technical teams and Government management personnel.

• Track performance metrics and initiate corrective actions as necessary.

• Act as Project Manager for a significant, intricate task order or a collection of task orders impacting the same system.

• Support the Program Manager in liaising with the Government Contracting Officer, task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.

• Guarantee that technical solutions and task order schedules are executed punctually.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) or four (4) additional years of relevant experience.

• Project Management certification, such as PMP or another recognized credential.

• Five (5) years of pertinent experience.

• Five (5) years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility in the public and/or private sector within IT and/or consulting domains.

• Strong grasp of DoD cybersecurity frameworks and resilience strategies.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Must hold a Moderate Risk, Non-Critical Sensitive, Tier 3 (T3)/NACLC/ANACI investigative clearance.

• Secret clearance required.

• A Master’s degree in a related field and/or additional certifications are preferred.

• This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid.
