Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Drive the implementation of FBS strategic growth initiatives by overseeing project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.

• Facilitate cross-functional programs involving HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, and Legal.

• Collaborate with FBS and Farmers HR teams to enhance operational processes, employee experiences, and organizational effectiveness across various countries.

• Track workforce metrics and deliver insights, reporting, and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.

• Lead initiatives focused on HR process improvement and change management.

• Assist with onboarding, talent integration, and employee transition programs.

• Identify potential risks, eliminate obstacles, and proactively advance high-priority programs and initiatives.

• Report directly to the Global Talent Strategy & FBS Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Program Management, Project Management, or a similar field.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently while ensuring strong organization and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience in supporting or coordinating international HR operations and multi-country workforce initiatives.

• Strong project management skills, encompassing planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and monitoring progress.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to develop executive-level presentations, reports, and business documentation.

• A self-motivated and highly adaptable professional capable of navigating shifting priorities and evolving business demands.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to utilize data for decision-making and ongoing improvement.

• Experience in supporting Global Business Services (GBS), shared services, or international business operations.

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar systems.

• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is preferred.
