This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee, strategize, and execute targeted programs/portfolio within NavieGo, BioScript Solutions’ Patient Programs division.
• Provide support for an Oncology Patient Support Program within the NavieGo offerings.
• Ensure the program is crafted and executed in alignment with the sponsor’s strategic objectives.
• Address the needs of the program sponsor effectively.
• Supervise overall program performance and services encompassing reimbursement, patient coordination, and medication management.
• Appropriately manage stakeholder escalations to ensure sponsor satisfaction.
• Deliver portfolio insights and intelligence regarding market trends, competitive landscape, and payer issues.
• Design, refine, produce, and present program reports.
• Assess program strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Work in collaboration with analytics teams on reporting related to the program.
• Lead or engage in client meetings and maintain daily communications with clients.
• Suggest and assist in implementing operational changes through effective change management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide program-related services.
• Offer support, guidance, and leadership to the team.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives, including CAPA activities.
• Attend therapeutically relevant conferences to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Report directly to the Senior Program Manager.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical-related field.
• Experience in managing a patient support program across various therapeutic areas is highly advantageous.
• A Bachelor’s degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Strong program management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Established customer relationship and/or account management skills with direct client interaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adept at reporting and analyzing data trends.
• Solid financial understanding and hands-on experience in budget management.
• General knowledge of reimbursement processes, patient support programs, and database functionalities.
• Outstanding project management abilities with a track record of organizing, planning, and executing projects from concept to implementation.
• Comprehensive understanding of public/private and federal funding mechanisms.
• Bilingualism in French and English is essential for effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
