📋 Description

• Lead initiatives for infrastructure management and capacity planning to guarantee the scalability, reliability, and performance of cloud services.

• Oversee the organization's infrastructure management to ensure smooth operations and performance enhancement.

• Spearhead capacity planning and optimization for the organization’s product offerings.

• Manage Azure, AZAP, Elastic AP, Autopilot, and Pilotfish infrastructure components to achieve scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Collaborate with feature teams to collect and define infrastructure requirements for VM/cloud infrastructure SKUs.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience will be considered.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Infrastructure Program Management within a cloud or enterprise technology setting.

• Proven experience managing intricate infrastructure, cloud platform, or capacity planning projects from planning through to implementation.

• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, including compute, networking, storage, virtualization, and capacity management.

• Experience utilizing Microsoft Azure or other public cloud platforms to facilitate infrastructure planning, deployment, and optimization.

• Documented capability to collaborate with software engineering, product management, and operations teams to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver scalable solutions.

• Occasional in-person activities may be required, albeit infrequently.
