This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee various medical communications publication projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, budgets, and status updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely delivery of projects with high quality.
• Act as a primary contact for internal teams and facilitate client communications.
• Monitor project scope, risks, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing issues.
• Assist in proposal development, project scoping, and budget formulation for new projects.
• Manage project finances, including forecasting, invoicing, reconciliation, and budget reporting.
• Organize project meetings, document action items, and ensure effective communication among teams.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and materials for clients.
• Promote operational excellence by maintaining precise project records and enhancing continuous process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in project or program management within medical communications, specifically on publications accounts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic, client-oriented setting.
• Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to forge strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Highly detail-oriented with outstanding time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
