This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Spearhead the planning, initiation, execution, management, monitoring, and conclusion of intricate programs and initiatives that bolster an integrated healthcare environment.
• Supervise program plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, resources, and performance objectives.
• Guide the collection, management, integration, and analysis of complex healthcare, operational, and programmatic data.
• Oversee analytical methodologies, statistical techniques, and data models to uncover trends, patterns, risks, and decision-support information.
• Create and manage performance metrics, dashboards, reports, visualizations, and analytical products for leadership and stakeholders.
• Convert data and analytical insights into actionable recommendations for program planning, process enhancement, risk management, and operational decision-making.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams and collaborate with government stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams.
• Ensure that program execution and analytical efforts are in alignment with organizational objectives, performance goals, contractual obligations, and mission priorities.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Statistics, Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible program management experience in government contracting, healthcare, or similarly complex settings.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in data management and analytics, encompassing data analysis, reporting, performance measurement, data quality, and actionable insights.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent, with at least six years of experience supporting a large corporation or government agency.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with federal government clients, stakeholders, program leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of VHA data systems, repositories, and files, including CDW, VistA, VSSC, RAMP, PTF/MedSAS, MCA, PCMM, NPCD, and VETSNET.
• Familiarity with how VHA data sources contribute to healthcare analytics, reporting, and program decision-making.
• Preferred: experience in leading large-scale VHA or federal healthcare data and analytics initiatives.
• Preferred: experience in developing analytical models and healthcare performance metrics.
• Preferred: advanced experience with data visualization, business intelligence, and analytical tools.
• Preferred: experience in presenting findings to senior government and executive leadership.
• Preferred: experience in supporting federal healthcare transformation, performance improvement, or modernization initiatives.
