📋 Description

• Lead the RCS Analytics Products team.

• Supervise the delivery and overall health of analytics-driven products.

• Serve as the accountable leader for analytics products released by the team.

• Create, maintain, and uphold the integrity of dashboards, reports, models, extracts, and regular data-related deliverables.

• Delegate tasks effectively while remaining actively involved with both content and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or a related field, or over 4 years of pertinent healthcare data analytics experience.

• At least 4 years of practical experience with SQL and/or a BI tool.

• A Master's Degree in a related field or more than 4 years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience is preferred.

• Epic Certifications are preferred upon hiring.

• A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible management experience in report/dashboard delivery, business intelligence, and analytics is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, change management, facilitation, business transformation, and process improvement methodologies is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle is preferred.
