Data Analyst, Platform Excellence Ops Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and address retailer performance challenges across various dimensions.

• Develop dashboards and procedures to streamline problem identification and assist with new retailer launches.

• Monitor and evaluate performance variations and anomalies in Retailer Quality metrics.

• Determine root causes and suggest corrective measures.

• Analyze extensive Retailer Fulfillment Quality datasets to extract business insights.

• Formulate and implement analytical strategies to identify, comprehend, and mitigate fulfillment quality issues.

• Assist with analytics requests, conduct ad hoc retailer analyses, evaluate launch impacts, and manage retailer escalations.

• Provide initiative sizing for product and analytical roadmaps.

• Develop and routinely present insights presentations to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Articulate findings as clear, data-driven narratives accompanied by actionable recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data analytics-related position such as business intelligence, corporate strategy, consulting, or data science.

• Proficient in analyzing and visualizing extensive datasets.

• Advanced skills in SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.

• Capable of aggregating and synthesizing significant amounts of data.

• In-depth knowledge of micro and macro fulfillment metrics and systems.

• Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Competence in identifying anomalies, formulating hypotheses, and deriving conclusions through detailed analysis.

• Proficient in PowerPoint or Google Slides.

• Ability to operate independently with a strong sense of ownership.

• Experience in a consumer marketplace or logistics environment.

• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data warehouses, GitHub, and Jira.

• Experience with visualization tools like Mode or Tableau.

• Proven track record of collaborating with product and engineering teams on scalable process solutions.

• Experience utilizing AI tools for analytics, including data validation and reproducibility techniques.
