Program Management Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and synchronize multiple cross-functional work streams across various programs.

• Take ownership of tracking, reporting, and proactive risk management.

• Engage in communication with customers and senior leadership.

• Collaborate with Central Delivery, Customer Onboarding, Customer Partner, Product, and HR teams.

• Assist with data acquisitions, the onboarding of new customers, and corporate initiatives.

• Coordinate efforts with both onshore US and offshore India team members.

• Anticipate potential roadblocks and collaboratively resolve issues.

• Contribute to the development of AI-driven tools and processes.

• Complete PMO and tools training within the first 30 days.

• Independently lead a small program by the end of the first 90 days.

• Manage programs from start to finish while maintaining effective communication with customers and leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a program/project manager capable of leading independently.

• Demonstrated history of managing multiple moving work streams simultaneously.

• Strong discipline in tracking, reporting, and risk management.

• Excellent communication skills with customers and senior stakeholders.

• A solution-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a strong sense of ownership.

• Confident and consultative presence when interacting with senior leaders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.

• Experience with Mission Control (Salesforce) is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Ability to align with Central Time core hours and customer hours.
