This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Successfully deliver Professional Services to a diverse portfolio of HealthEdge customers.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, and clients to identify requirements and assemble cross-functional teams.
• Create long-term account strategies and project pipelines in partnership with Account Executives.
• Assess prospective customer requirements and formulate pre-sales implementation proposals.
• Estimate and propose solutions utilizing expert Professional Services resources.
• Manage project pipelines and re-forecast resource demands and revenue to maximize staffing efficiency.
• Assist in the development and negotiation of Statements of Work.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Consulting Leads, and Technical Product Leads.
• Oversee project health, focusing on schedule, margin, utilization, and alignment with customer and business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to projects and organizational challenges.
• Partner with HealthEdge and customer senior leadership to synchronize expectations and processes.
• Promote adherence to best practices and facilitate their refinement.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and advocate for enhancements to HealthEdge offerings.
• Track client- and portfolio-level P&L in collaboration with the Professional Services PMO and Finance.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure appropriate levels of profitability.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex or critical customer situations.
• Prioritize HealthEdge deliverables across customers in coordination with peers and Account Management.
• Execute functions in accordance with HealthEdge policies and procedures, including PHI and PII handling requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of experience with direct responsibility for a consulting practice or managing a portfolio of accounts within a Professional Services organization.
• More than 5 years of experience in the healthcare insurance, healthcare technology, or a related industry.
• At least 10 years of consulting and project management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to negotiate solutions for complex issues.
• Proficiency in conflict negotiation and management.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels, including C Suite executives.
• Skillful in influencing others within a matrixed environment.
• Adaptable to changing priorities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo to continuously enhance processes and offerings.
• Experience in evaluating and negotiating Statements of Work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
