This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Establish the internal operational cadence, lead weekly full-team meetings, and facilitate recurring senior leadership discussions.
• Manage the program's communication with both the client and internal leaders through executive presentations, written updates, and progress monitoring.
• Act as the primary liaison for the client's program leadership regarding program-level issues.
• Adjust the engagement model as the partner organization progresses.
• Step in with the client when requests are unreasonable to safeguard the team's interests.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and leadership to negotiate and finalize contract renewals.
• Maintain expertise in contract mechanics, redlines, rate structures, and budget oversight.
• Monitor program KPIs and make necessary adjustments when forecasts deviate from expectations.
• Work with recruiting on hiring strategies, screening criteria, and final hiring decisions.
• Address client leadership concerns regarding team member performance.
• Take ownership of and enhance the onboarding curriculum; oversee team capacity and workload.
• Manage program artifacts, reusable playbooks, tools, documentation, and processes.
• Experience in program/client delivery management, preferably within a staff-augmentation, matrix organization, consulting, or professional-services environment.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of engagements without directly overseeing any single one.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with senior client-side executives (VP/Director+) and internal C-suite leadership.
• Excellent and adaptable communication skills.
• Informal leadership style that relies on trust and communication rather than positional authority.
• Experience in creating and maintaining trackers, onboarding curricula, and playbooks.
• Proficient in synthesizing cross-functional information into clear, AI-supported systems.
• Skilled in negotiating and closing Statements of Work (SOWs), planning and accounting for headcount, managing KPI-based fee adjustments and delivery-model distributions, and tracking budget expenditures.
• Proven ownership of program KPIs and experience in proactive course correction.
• High tolerance for ambiguity.
