Program Financial Control

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with various IT-related contracts within the Public Service & Infrastructure portfolio.

• Conduct financial oversight, including planning, monitoring, analysis, reporting, and billing.

• Act as a liaison among project management teams, finance departments, and line management.

• Evaluate the status of projects and budgets.

• Organize schedules and generate status reports.

• Create systems to track project advancement and facilitate intervention and problem resolution.

• Work autonomously to achieve assigned project goals.

• Consistently oversee contract actuals and performance metrics.

• Execute month-end plan versus actual analysis and pinpoint variance drivers.

• Review and authorize monthly invoices, providing backup documentation when necessary.

• Monitor accounts receivable for designated contracts.

• Compile Quarterly Financial Status Reviews and quarterly forecasts.

• Generate ad hoc reports related to contracts.

• Maintain regular communication with management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of relevant professional experience; or 1-2 years of applicable experience with a related Master's degree.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Capacity to manage multiple contracts and engage with various stakeholders.

• Self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and precision.

• Customer-oriented approach.

• Successfully capable of operating within a remote team across diverse locations.

• Familiarity with various contract types, particularly Fixed Price and Time & Materials.

• Competence in thoroughly reviewing EACs for correctness and compliance.

• Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence.

• Familiarity with Fusion.
