Program Evaluator – Pay for Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive evaluations for pay-for-success initiatives.

• Identify outcome metrics, payment triggers, and relevant data sources.

• Establish data-sharing agreements with public sector agencies.

• Perform impact assessments utilizing experimental or quasi-experimental methodologies.

• Present findings to government entities, funders, and provider collaborators.

• Contribute qualifications and narratives of past performance to WIL proposals when authorized.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in evaluating social programs using experimental or quasi-experimental techniques.

• Knowledge of pay-for-success models, social impact bonds, or outcomes-based contracts.

• Experience working with administrative data from public sector organizations.

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.

• Ability to work as a project-based contract collaborator; remote work within the US.

• PhD preferred in economics, public policy, statistics, or a related discipline.

• Experience serving as an independent evaluator on outcomes-based contracts.

• Background in cost-benefit analysis.
