This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee assigned WCG client relationships and facilitate the governance of those partnerships.
• Provide program oversight and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure that WCG solutions align with customer needs.
• Aid in constructing a solid foundation and integrating service delivery for a cohesive customer service experience.
• Develop annual operational plans, reports, and executive briefs for WCG customer initiatives.
• Organize, schedule, and manage regular client governance meetings.
• Administer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Governance Agreements, and necessary client reporting.
• Set program objectives and goals; monitor progress, challenges, and overall performance.
• Cultivate relationships and relay program status to clients and WCG executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate and supervise cross-functional staffed programs.
• Keep relevant, precise, and complete program documentation, reports, and plans.
• Offer strategic vision and leadership while steering client programs.
• Evaluate and manage program risks, collaborating with operations on action plans.
• Track, record, compile, and analyze program outcomes and performance data.
• Provide strategic assistance to sites and sponsors as a liaison to ensure cross-functional performance and customer ROI.
• Support sales and operations throughout the sales and onboarding processes, including sales calls, presentation preparation, and client inquiries.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the sales team.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of program management experience with a proven track record of successful delivery impacting customers, leading and managing teams, engaging with customers to gather, analyze, and evaluate requirements, and coordinating multiple programs and efforts simultaneously.
• At least 5 years of experience in projects within the pharmaceutical industry that require compliance with 21 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 11.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management/Client Relationship Management.
• Preferred background in Clinical Research and technology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels.
• Capability to lead by influencing and negotiating.
• Ability to organize diverse activities in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• High aptitude for conceptual and critical thinking, project management, and business awareness.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in plan and budget development, as well as tracking, planning capacity, and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, along with Adobe, Visio, and Microsoft Project, with the capability to generate detailed reports and presentations using these tools.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are critical functions of this role.
