This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Oversee participant onboarding, orientation, training, and the completion of enrollment paperwork.
• Deliver ongoing, individualized customer support to participants and employees concerning program requirements, technology, employee management, issues, and corrections.
• Act as the primary point of contact between participants, employees, state agencies, case management agencies, and internal departments.
• Provide initial training on Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and assist participants and employees with EVV and other program systems.
• Serve as an expert on state program rules, regulations, and internal policies.
• Record communications with participants and stakeholders through Customer Support tickets, monitor issues and trends, and ensure prompt resolution and follow-up.
• Oversee program communication and administrative systems.
• Assist in program monitoring by tracking participant success, service quality, caseload needs, and other program metrics.
• Collaborate with supervisors and internal departments to resolve participant concerns, grievances, personnel matters, and contracted service requirements.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency, including timely responses to calls, emails, and inquiries.
• A 4-year degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or other human service fields is preferred.
• Knowledge of or experience with State programs.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check conducted by the Department of Human Services.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License and valid car insurance.
• Capability to drive, as necessary, to fulfill the responsibilities of the Program Coordinator role.
• Must reside in the state of South Carolina.
