This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of program marketing campaigns across various channels including print, digital, email, web, and social media.
• Oversee the creative production process, encompassing copywriting, design direction, asset sourcing, proofing, approvals, and coordination of placements.
• Manage program web content, ensuring that marketing materials are delivered accurately, consistently with the brand, and on schedule.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external partners to conceptualize, refine, and launch new programs.
• Direct program planning and development from the initial concept through to launch, which includes itinerary reviews, asset gathering, brochure production, and marketing readiness.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners and contributors throughout the entire program lifecycle.
• Facilitate cross-functional project management for program launches, creating timelines, coordinating deliverables, and driving effective execution.
• Ensure that deadlines, approvals, communications, and launch milestones are consistently achieved.
• Contribute to long-term program strategy through market research, concept development, annual planning, and ongoing program improvements.
• Assist leadership in assessing opportunities, developing future program portfolios, and refining existing offerings.
• Organize promotional activities across platforms such as podcasts, video content, social media, email, web, and other audience engagement channels.
• Track program and marketing performance, providing insights, reports, and recommendations to leadership.
• Conduct evaluations post-program and gather participant feedback, testimonials, and marketing content.
• Offer customer support and resolve issues as necessary.
• Manage rights, permissions requests, licensing initiatives, content-use approvals, and related communications with stakeholders.
• Exceptional copywriting and copy-editing abilities, with an editorial background and experience in collaborative writing — this role directly creates ad copy rather than merely coordinating it.
• Experience in marketing.
• Proficient in project management, particularly in handling critical-path, deadline-driven timelines.
• A senior, self-motivated professional capable of making quick and decisive choices regarding approvals, proofing, and scheduling.
• Deadline-oriented, with excellent communication skills for fast turnarounds; adept at managing multiple partners, customers, and internal teams concurrently.
• Strong organizational capabilities; comfortable managing timelines that involve several moving parts and external dependencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in travel industry marketing is advantageous.
• Familiarity with publishing licensing and permissions is beneficial.
