This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide essential planning, administrative, and operational assistance within a designated division at a federal agency.
• Organize meetings, manage distribution lists, document meeting minutes, perform data entry, and upkeep records.
• Coordinate and create briefing materials and presentations.
• Oversee team document repositories, ensuring proper organization, version control, and collection.
• Aid in drafting and revising Standard Operating Procedures.
• Suggest enhancements to improve team workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
• Gather and analyze data utilizing database software.
• Assist in the preparation and evaluation of reports.
• Engage in both internal and external meetings, perform research, and supply background information.
• Communicate with administrative personnel from other agency offices and divisions.
• Track and adjust workflows and schedules based on significance, sensitivity, and confidentiality.
• Examine outgoing materials and correspondence for consistency and adherence to procedures.
• Sustain regular internal reports, contact lists, and correspondence management.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field coupled with 1 year of pertinent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Prior administrative experience is mandatory.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and navigate competing deadlines.
• Self-driven with demonstrated attributes of humility and integrity.
• Highly productive with minimal requirement for direct supervision.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with immigrants, refugees, and underserved communities is preferred.
• Existing MBI T2 Public Trust or the ability to acquire one.
• US citizenship is not required.
