Program Analyst – Tethered Aerostat Radar System

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in program planning, integration, and execution of all TARS-related functions, ensuring compliance with contracts and alignment with mission objectives.

• Deliver senior-level programmatic and analytical support along with data-driven recommendations for government leadership.

• Oversee financial tracking, procurement analysis, and assessments of business cases.

• Generate reports, briefing materials, and correspondence for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, logistics, and acquisition teams.

• Identify potential program risks and propose strategies for their mitigation.

• Represent the program in various meetings, conferences, and interagency engagements.

• Ensure the timely submission and quality assurance of contract deliverables, which includes Monthly Status Reports, Financial Reports, and Ad Hoc Briefings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public policy, engineering, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in logistics, engineering, financial management, or procurement oversight.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

• In-depth understanding of government acquisition and program management principles.

• Capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.

• Positive outcome from a CBP Background Investigation.

• Willingness and ability to travel as required by the program.

• Master’s degree in business administration, public policy, engineering, or a closely related discipline (preferred).

• Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
