Program Analyst IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate acquisition and program management initiatives that span multiple portfolios.

• Provide guidance to Government leadership on acquisition strategies, program execution, and organizational priorities.

• Create executive-level presentations, white papers, decision memoranda, and strategic communications.

• Evaluate program performance, schedules, risks, and resource requirements.

• Coordinate high-profile tasks across various organizations.

• Facilitate Integrated Product Team meetings and executive working groups.

• Develop metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting tools.

• Identify program risks and propose mitigation strategies.

• Assist in strategic planning, organizational assessments, and process improvement endeavors.

• Manage budget planning, financial execution reporting, and resource management tasks.

• Mentor junior analysts and offer technical leadership across the contract team.

• Cultivate collaborative relationships with Government leadership and external stakeholders.

• Ensure that assigned tasks align with customer priorities, timelines, and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance or higher.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, acquisition, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in DoD acquisition, program management, or business operations.

• In-depth understanding of the Defense Acquisition System and DoD program management methodologies.

• Experience supporting high-level executive leadership (O-6/GS-15/SES equivalent).

• Proven experience leading complex analytical projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Master’s degree is preferred.

• DAWIA/Back-to-Basics certification in Program Management or Contracting is preferred.

• Experience in supporting CPE-CBRND or other Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs) is preferred.

• Familiarity with PPBE/PPBEA, JCIDS, and defense resource management processes is preferred.

• Experience in developing executive dashboards and performance metrics is preferred.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and process improvement initiatives is preferred.
