This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Generate key performance indicators as outlined in contracts.
β’ Preserve documented methods of calculation to ensure measures are traceable and reproducible.
β’ Recognize and escalate any contractual measures that cannot be accurately derived from the available data.
β’ Assist in quality governance reviews and compile evidence for cost savings.
β’ Develop performance content for operational reviews, client business assessments, and program governance.
β’ Monitor corrective action triggers and remediation status when measures exceed thresholds.
β’ Evaluate maintenance completion, response, and resolution performance based on schedule and demand across sites, platforms, vendors, and departments.
β’ Investigate first-time-fix rates, repeat fault occurrences, and aging work order trends to identify underlying drivers.
β’ Compare self-performed versus vendor-performed volume and cost variations, and assist with conversion cases.
β’ Assess capacity and workload distribution among sites and staff, highlighting any unsustainable workloads.
β’ Assist in capital replacement and end-of-life assessments using data on failures, downtime, and expenditures.
β’ Analyze service spending and clarify budget variances in operational terms.
β’ Review contract and entitlement standings, renewal schedules, coverage gaps, and unused coverage.
β’ Aid in pricing discussions, change requests, and scope alterations through analysis.
β’ Clearly communicate analytical limitations and differentiate correlation from causation.
β’ Reconcile figures across reports to avoid conflicting results.
β’ Serve as the designated analytical contact for assigned Site Operations Managers.
β’ Travel to designated sites to gain insights into operational processes and data challenges.
β’ Relay findings back to sites in actionable formats.
β’ Collaborate with Master Data, Sourcing, and Payments teams on data discrepancies, expenditures, and contract data.
β’ Define and validate requirements for reporting and dashboards.
β’ Support internal and client audits with traceable analysis and source data.
β’ Host and escort OEM and third-party personnel at client locations.
β’ Ensure third-party induction, badging, authorization, safety compliance, and completion of service records.
β’ Report any unannounced or out-of-scope work by third parties.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in operational, service, performance, or financial analysis.
β’ Proven ability to produce analysis that withstands scrutiny.
β’ Strong skills in spreadsheet applications, including pivot tables, lookups, and reconciliation methods.
β’ Preferred experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
β’ Familiarity with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), enterprise asset management system, or service management platform as a data source.
β’ Experience working with contractual or regulated performance measures where definitions are crucial.
β’ Willingness to declare when a figure is incorrect or cannot be generated, rather than publishing inaccurate data.
β’ A working understanding of GxP requirements and data integrity expectations.
β’ Preferred experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or technical service environments.
β’ A bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, business, finance, or information discipline is preferred.
β’ Equivalent experience will be considered.
β’ Training in GxP, data integrity, and client site safety will be provided or is required.
β’ Capability to wear necessary personal protective equipment while on-site.
β’ Ability to adhere to client site safety, OSHA, laboratory, and facility-specific procedures.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10 to 20 percent for assigned sites, client reviews, and program meetings.
