Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for organizations throughout the Data Request and Attestation (DRA) process as well as the ongoing management of the program.

• Draft responses to inquiries by utilizing existing resources and collaborating with project leaders.

• Organize and facilitate meetings and technical assistance calls between the project team and stakeholders, which includes creating agendas, hosting, and guiding discussions.

• Validate documentation from entities as part of the submission process.

• Review applications and create validation findings emails to send to agencies.

• Keep the client informed with updates during scheduled meetings.

• Revise relevant documents and systems as needed.

• Offer technical assistance for Government contracts.

• Assist in CMS data sharing initiatives aimed at enhancing care for individuals who are dually eligible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in State/Territory Medicaid Agency Policy.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of post-collegiate work experience.

• Experience in defining requirements is essential.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Confidence and ability to quickly learn new skills and acquire content knowledge independently.

• Preferred but not mandatory: A Bachelor’s degree in a health or public policy-related field.

• Preferred but not necessary: Experience in Medicare/Medicaid Care Coordination.

• Preferred but not essential: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other CRM platforms.

• Preferred but not required: Experience in project coordination and general administrative support.

• Preferred but not required: Basic qualitative research skills, including gray literature/environmental scanning and abstracting.

• Preferred but not required: Advanced understanding of health care policy and experience in regulatory analysis.

• Preferred but not required: Experience handling medical claims data.
