This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate, maintain, and update databases related to project expenditures, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
• Review and validate financial and project information to ensure its accuracy.
• Conduct biweekly meetings to review budgets and prepare associated documentation and reports.
• Execute monthly updates for expenditures pertaining to the contract year.
• Monitor project charges, contract expenditures, subcontract budgets, and performance metrics for the team.
• Assist in marketing, business development, and proposal initiatives.
• Engage in and support initiatives aimed at process improvement.
• Oversee project documentation, communication tools, and collaboration platforms, including Teams, SharePoint, and M365.
• Ensure that internal databases and communication tools are updated accurately and promptly.
• Aid in budget monitoring, data management, and operational coordination for federal government contracts.
• Maintain internal systems and assist teams in achieving operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0.
• College transcripts must be provided for applicants with less than four years of experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, budget tracking, or a comparable operational role.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, and M365 tools.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and basic data management principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
• Capability to adapt to shifting priorities and project requirements.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in supporting federal government contracts or working within a technical/engineering organization is preferred.
• Must currently possess or be eligible to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
