Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and refine 4AIR’s aviation sustainability program to assist customers in maximizing their 4AIR commitment.

• Incorporate both voluntary and regulatory compliance alongside reporting requirements.

• Ensure comprehensive life-cycle accounting for all programs.

• Support clients with carbon footprint assessments, sustainability documentation, and both regulatory and voluntary emissions reporting.

• Cultivate customer relationships, comprehend their needs, and provide education on available programs and services.

• Serve as a point of contact for prospective clients and articulate 4AIR’s offerings.

• Guarantee timely responses to customer deliverables and inquiries.

• Prepare presentations and reporting templates.

• Calculate carbon and other environmental footprints utilizing company tools.

• Aid in client onboarding, ongoing communications, Q&A, and action/status tracking within CRM and project management tools.

• Direct new strategic initiatives and oversee their implementation within the industry.

• Investigate emerging policy changes, grant opportunities, and best practices; relay impacts and guidance to the company and clientele.

• Create educational materials and provide customer guidance on sustainability concepts, trends, policies, and accounting standards.

• Assist in the collection of client data and the calculation of carbon footprints.

• Represent 4AIR at trade conferences and engage with potential and current customers.

• Aid in the development of carbon and non-carbon reporting mechanisms and processes.

• Carry out other related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (VBA knowledge is not mandatory).

• 1–4 years of experience in aviation, sustainability, data/analytics, or customer support.

• Capability to work independently, manage various tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote, small-team environment.

• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Customer-focused approach; anticipates needs and ensures follow-through.

• Comfortable with cleaning, verifying, and reconciling flight activity data.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, exhibit flexibility, and operate with a sense of urgency.

• Skill in collaborating across regulatory, commercial, and data/technology teams.

• Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

• Robust general data-management capabilities and a quick learner of new platforms.

• Skills in task tracking, version control, and file organization.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, accounting, sustainability, aviation, or a related field (preferred).

• Familiarity with the business aircraft industry, its products, and services (preferred).

• Understanding of flight data analytics (preferred).

• Pilot license or experience in aviation operations (desirable but not required).
