This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee the Social Security Eligibility and Trust Accounting personnel, providing direct supervision and leadership for team initiatives and results.
• Conduct weekly check-ins, offer guidance and feedback, and manage staff performance.
• Ensure adherence to federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.
• Track performance metrics and contractual obligations.
• Utilize critical thinking and data analysis tools to address requests from DCF and PCG management.
• Strive for ongoing enhancement in compliance, value, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Maintain and revise Standard Operating Procedures and training documentation.
• Establish and uphold quality assurance processes for activities, data, and reporting.
• Facilitate client meetings and training sessions.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, federal partners, colleagues, and team members.
• Collaborate with PCG staff across various teams.
• Stay updated on federal and state laws and policies.
• Lead or take part in state and federal audits and evaluations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in accounting or business.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with staff supervision included.
• Knowledge of Title XVI (SSI), Title II (RSDI), and Title IV-D (Child Support) federal programs.
• Advanced understanding and capability to interpret applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Capacity to organize and plan work efficiently within established time constraints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
