This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of intricate professional services projects from start to finish.
β’ Facilitate in-depth discovery sessions with customer stakeholders.
β’ Outline requirements, design solutions, and provide documented business outcomes.
β’ Develop advanced, custom Risk Cloud workflows and data models tailored for enterprise GRC applications.
β’ Utilize AI-enhanced workflows and platform functionalities to expedite configuration, enhance process mapping, and boost GRC program efficiency.
β’ Oversee project scope, timelines, deliverables, customer health, recovery strategies, and request queues.
β’ Assess customer requests and assign tasks to junior consultants as necessary.
β’ Offer strategic guidance in enterprise risk management, compliance frameworks, third-party risk, and auditing.
β’ Recognize quick wins and showcase platform ROI.
β’ Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Account Executives, and Product teams.
β’ Share best practices for configuration, contribute to internal playbooks, and mentor junior consultants.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services, SaaS consulting, or enterprise implementation within a B2B SaaS context.
β’ Demonstrated success in independently managing complex or tailored customer projects.
β’ Proficient in mastering intricate software platforms and developing advanced custom configurations and integrations for enterprise clients.
β’ Ability to clearly articulate and synthesize LogicGate principles to external executives and internal stakeholders.
β’ Passion for utilizing AI tools and cutting-edge technologies.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proven experience in facilitating executive discovery sessions, managing change, and presenting to C-level risk leaders.
β’ Strong project management skills with the ability to maintain project health, safeguard SOW scope, and independently drive risk mitigation.
β’ Readiness and ability to travel as required for customer on-site visits, team planning workshops, and company events.
