Professional Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the successful implementation of professional services engagements within designated accounts, segments, or regions.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders as well as internal CDW partners.

• Grasp client business objectives, challenges, and expectations in order to tailor service solutions effectively.

• Engage in account planning, client-facing discussions, and business reviews with clients.

• Assist in managing the delivery lifecycle, which includes consultation, service design, implementation, and ongoing support.

• Help define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation plans.

• Coordinate with various service practices to ensure effective execution of engagements and alignment of resources.

• Collaborate with sales professionals, pre-sales consultants, and project managers.

• Work alongside pre-sales and delivery teams to create service solutions aligned with client needs.

• Aid in the documentation, standardization, and alignment of service offerings with industry best practices.

• Monitor engagement KPIs related to delivery performance, client satisfaction, and financial results.

• Provide regular updates on the status of engagements, including risks and opportunities.

• Oversee financial performance of services and escalate any variances as necessary.

• Support CDW-first delivery strategies and billable utilization objectives.

• Identify delivery risks, assist in planning for mitigation, and escalate issues as required.

• Recognize opportunities for additional services and assist in discussions regarding service expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in consultative professional services sales, delivery, or project coordination roles supporting client engagements, or alternatively, 9 years of relevant work experience.

• Proven experience in supporting technology services engagements.

• Capability to assist with moderately complex technology projects that align with business objectives.

• Proficiency in understanding client needs and contributing to client discussions.

• Ability to engage in discussions regarding delivery issues, risks, and escalations, with guidance from senior leaders.

• Experience in supporting project plans, schedules, and execution activities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on ensuring client success.

• Ability to influence outcomes through collaboration and partnership.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% or as needed.

• Experience in cross-functional team environments is advantageous.

• PMP or services-related certifications are preferred.

• Exposure to consulting or enterprise clients is a plus.
