Professional Services Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Implement and set up Cyberhaven’s solution within clients’ existing systems.

• Ensure smooth integration and successful rollout of the product.

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and design tailored datasets and policy solutions.

• Analyze log files, debug software, and resolve intricate technical challenges.

• Coordinate solutions with Support, Engineering, and Operations teams.

• Work alongside developers, project managers, and support personnel to deliver solutions on time.

• Provide technical training to end users.

• Counsel clients on strategy, best practices, and product value.

• Conduct progress updates, status meetings, and post-implementation evaluations.

• Act as an internal and external contact for client escalations.

• Escalate and resolve technical challenges and system discrepancies with development and support teams.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and product developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Delivery Manager, or Professional Services professional with Endpoint Security background in the Cybersecurity and DLP domain.

• Proven experience in delivering complex technical solutions, preferably in Professional Services or Consulting, particularly with endpoint security products.

• Familiarity with DLP solutions such as Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee DLP, Fortra (Digital Guardian), Trend Micro, Check Point, Next DLP, or Proofpoint.

• Understanding of data classification methodologies and techniques.

• Capability to manage and deliver against strict deadlines, continuously prioritize, and develop mitigation strategies.

• Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting SaaS-based security and/or endpoint agent technologies.

• Proficiency in software debugging.

• Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and data integration techniques.

• Solid grasp of system architecture, network protocols, and Google Cloud Platform.

• Practical knowledge of macOS, including MDM, app management, and basic terminal skills.

• Practical knowledge of Windows ecosystems, including SCCM, GPO, Intune, registry configuration, and PowerShell scripts.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with system software design, including services, drivers, and agents.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, equivalent advanced industry certifications, or 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
