This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their technical requirements, diagnose challenges, and deliver effective solutions.
• Oversee the implementation and configuration processes, ensuring the smooth integration and deployment of Cyberhaven’s solutions within client environments.
• Develop tailored datasets and policy solutions.
• Examine log files, debug, and troubleshoot intricate technical issues.
• Facilitate resolutions in coordination with Support, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Work alongside developers, project managers, and support personnel to provide solutions on time.
• Provide technical training to end-users.
• Guide clients on strategy, best practices, and optimal product utilization.
• Conduct progress updates, status meetings, and post-implementation evaluations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, both internally and externally.
• Escalate and address technical challenges or system discrepancies in collaboration with development and support teams.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in Cyberhaven products.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Delivery Management, or Professional Services within the Endpoint Security domain of Cybersecurity and DLP.
• Demonstrated success in delivering intricate technical solutions, ideally in Professional Services or Consulting, specifically with endpoint security products.
• Familiarity with DLP solutions such as Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee DLP, Fortra (Digital Guardian), Trend Micro, Check Point, Next DLP, or Proofpoint.
• Understanding of data classification methodologies and techniques.
• Capability to manage and deliver projects under strict timelines, with ongoing prioritization and strategy development for mitigation.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting SaaS-based security and/or endpoint agent technologies.
• Proficient in software debugging.
• Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and data integration methods.
• Solid grasp of system architecture, network protocols, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Practical experience with macOS, including MDM, app management, and basic terminal skills.
• Practical expertise with Windows, encompassing SCCM, GPO, Intune, registry configuration, and PowerShell scripting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with system software design, including services, drivers, and agents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent advanced industry certifications, or 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Must reside in the greater Mexico City area.
• Utilization of AI-powered recruiting tools for scheduling, note-taking, workflow automation, and various recruiting activities.
