Professional Services Consultant – EPM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate enterprise implementations of the Idira EPM solution through its deployment, configuration, and management.

• Create and structure EPM rollouts to align with customer security standards.

• Provide guidance to clients on fulfilling business needs through EPM policies.

• Showcase expertise in enterprise endpoint and privileged management.

• Cultivate and sustain positive and productive relationships with customers.

• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams at Palo Alto Networks.

• Address customer escalations while managing expectations and ensuring overall satisfaction.

• Aid in the initial creation of design, architecture, and planning documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical capacity deploying enterprise endpoint software.

• At least 2 years of experience in a technology implementation or consulting position.

• Familiarity with networking, systems administration, and information security.

• Proficiency with Windows, *NIX, and macOS operating systems.

• Capability to manage multiple projects, organize meetings, work autonomously, and exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Understanding of Information Security and Network Architecture principles, such as OIDC, SAML, HTTPS, and UAC.

• Innovative problem-solving abilities and creative thinking in high-pressure situations.

• Skill in tracking independent tasks and ensuring precise completion.

• Knowledge of MS Active Directory is essential.

• Prior experience with Palo Alto Networks solutions, cloud workloads, and endpoint management is preferred.

• Experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD) is a plus.

• Familiarity with REST API, JavaScript, and PowerShell scripting is advantageous.
