This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Design, architect, and manage tailored Privileged Access Management programs that align with client objectives.
β’ Facilitate design and planning workshops for enterprise implementations of CyberArk PAM solutions.
β’ Evaluate customer requirements, set technical priorities, mitigate risks, and provide guidance on deployment strategies.
β’ Foster trusted-advisor relationships with enterprise customer teams and C-level executive sponsors.
β’ Perform technical health checks, architecture assessments, and performance evaluations.
β’ Engage in customer reviews focused on adoption, platform health, and value delivery metrics.
β’ Track platform usage and suggest actions for expanding usage and reducing security risks.
β’ Act as the primary technical contact for strategic accounts and manage critical escalations within internal teams.
β’ Advocate for the customer internally and collect feedback to shape product roadmaps and operations.
β’ Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Executives (AEs) to identify risks, facilitate renewals, and explore expansion opportunities.
β’ Work alongside Services, Support, Product, and R&D teams to resolve intricate technical challenges.
β’ Oversee multiple concurrent enterprise customer engagements.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of practical experience with Idira (CyberArk) or comparable enterprise PAM solutions.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software or security consulting.
β’ A minimum of 2 years in a Technical Account Manager (TAM) or Technical Customer Success position.
β’ Over 3 years of experience at a SaaS or cybersecurity vendor providing professional or technical account services.
β’ Practical experience utilizing modern AI productivity tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge in databases, networking, Active Directory/IDP systems, systems administration, and application security.
β’ Strong foundation in Identity & Access Management (IAM), network security, and enterprise risk management.
β’ Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
β’ Capability to lead technical discussions, build rapport with executives, and drive long-term platform value.
β’ Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting critical issues and resolving complex challenges under pressure.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Preferred: Experience with CyberArk migrations, including Self-Hosted to Self-Hosted or Self-Hosted to Privilege Cloud.
β’ Preferred: CISSP, Security+, CyberArk CDE/CPC, or equivalent security certifications.
β’ Quick learner with a flexible approach to adopting and experimenting with new workplace technology integrations.
β’ Must not require immigration sponsorship; the employer will not support applicants for work visas.
