This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take charge of the daily operational framework for over 1,000 professional learning sessions each year.
• Oversee the complete process of facilitator assignments for both virtual and onsite engagements.
• Balance the impact on educators, travel logistics, work-hour sustainability, and cost-effectiveness in staffing assignments.
• Manage rescheduling, cancellations, open slots, and modifications to session details.
• Create operational strategies for multiple session deployments, tailored district partnerships, and peak-volume periods.
• Relay staffing choices, schedule modifications, and operational expectations to facilitators, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and evaluate booking trends, delivery pipelines, facilitator utilization, capacity, and limitations.
• Anticipate high-demand periods, geographic hotspots, and format limitations.
• Provide capacity and staffing recommendations to the Professional Learning Operations Director.
• Ensure reliable training availability views for Partnerships and both internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver historical insights for staffing strategies and long-term delivery planning.
• Supervise daily and weekly operational routines across systems, tools, and workflows.
• Act as the primary escalation point for urgent operational concerns.
• Execute workflow simplification, lightweight automation, reporting, and quality assurance checks.
• Develop and enhance standard operating procedures and operational controls.
• Coordinate logistics for occasional internal Professional Learning team events, such as the annual onsite workshop.
• 3-5+ years of experience in training operations, learning operations, professional services delivery, workforce scheduling, or another high-volume service-delivery environment.
• Proven experience in managing complex resource allocation, scheduling matrices, or staffing workflows across virtual and in-person delivery platforms.
• Direct experience in administering scheduling, training, learning, CRM, or related operational systems.
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and data management, including the ability to use data to pinpoint exceptions and operational risks.
• Experience in enhancing manual workflows through automation, system configuration, scripts, AI tools, or other practical technological solutions.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
