Professional Learning Lead, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, support, and nurture a team of coordinators while ensuring outstanding customer service.

• Create and sustain efficient, scalable systems that bolster team operations.

• Assess current processes, identify shortcomings, and escalate concerns to senior leadership.

• Manage the scheduling of professional development across seven regions.

• Partner with internal teams to assess and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards.

• Supervise the travel approval process for the professional learning team.

• Uphold high-quality standards for the team's deliverables.

• Provide logistical assistance for internal events and meetings.

• Direct the daily operations of the Professional Learning Group, which includes scheduling professional development, maintaining comprehensive team systems and processes, approving and arranging travel, and facilitating internal meetings and events.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in operational roles.

• Previous management experience is highly preferred.

• Energetic and positive leadership style suited for a dynamic environment.

• Capable of planning and constructing timelines, prioritizing tasks, and resourcefully resolving issues.

• Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented; skilled in managing multiple projects and tasks from initiation to completion.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.

• Innovative and thoughtful problem-solving abilities aligned with the organization's mission and priorities.

• Proficient in Google Suite.

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
