Production Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Prepare auction listings by organizing data and photos submitted by sellers in accordance with Bring a Trailer standards.

• Collaborate with sellers and internal teams to implement updates, ensuring that listings are accurate and complete.

• Act as the main point of contact for sellers during the pre-auction phase.

• Respond to inquiries, offer guidance, and resolve customer concerns.

• Manage and prioritize a high volume of listings to achieve daily production objectives.

• Monitor listings through internal systems and maintain thorough knowledge of each listing’s history.

• Work collaboratively across teams from the initial listing creation to the auction launch.

• Participate in special projects and initiatives for process enhancement.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, content production, technical writing, automotive services, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong writing and editing capabilities.

• Ability to convey detailed information clearly and accurately.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.

• Professional and approachable communication style.

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

• Interest in or knowledge of collector cars and automotive culture.
