Production Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Review and verify property titles

• Assess title reports provided by external abstractors

• Generate and comprehend title commitments along with various title deliverables

• Organize daily tasks to ensure adherence to client SLAs for designated metrics throughout the title process

• Aid in file processing while maintaining a high standard of quality

• Request search products and tax certifications

• Analyze and interpret reports and queues to effectively manage workload

• Validate information against original documents and data

• Compare returned data and documents to search requirements and manually retrieve missing elements

• Confirm, verify, remove irrelevant data, or consolidate information from multiple sources

• Manually correct any errors

• Manage urgent requests and communicate order statuses with various departments

• Keep detailed records of tasks, files, and progress

• Organize information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems

• Review completed work for errors or duplicate entries before final submission

• Audit reports and data sheets for accuracy

• Provide cross-training and assistance to other departments as necessary


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of data entry processes

• Familiarity or a keen interest in title escrow

• Proven accuracy in typing

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and expedite tasks when needed

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

• Experience with ResWare or similar title software is preferred

• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Capacity to sit for extended periods each day

• Proficiency in oral communication

• Ability to use hands and fingers for typing, handling, and reaching

• Competence in operating office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and printers

• Required vision capabilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
