Production Quality Control Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Execute functional and regression tests on finalized campaign builds

• Confirm message timing, sequencing, content, call routing, audio playback, and digit-press responses

• Assess performance across various carriers, devices, and time zones

• Take ownership of QC cases from initiation to complete testing and documentation

• Prioritize cases based on urgency, launch timelines, and complexity

• Identify, document, and clearly communicate defects

• Collaborate with the Build team for campaign revisions

• Partner with Product Engineering to address underlying system issues

• Interpret technical findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Record test cases and outcomes in a test management platform

• Maintain a defect-results dashboard and monitor recurring problem areas

• Provide regular updates to leadership regarding findings, risks, and opportunities for improvement

• Oversee the QC queue, ensuring cases are tested and do not remain stagnant

• Familiarity with a test management platform to document test cases, execute test suites, and track outcomes

• Proficient in queue management, including prioritizing QC cases based on urgency and launch schedules

• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail

• Capability to spot inconsistencies, edge cases, and trends within defects

• Ability to document defects in a manner that facilitates reproduction and resolution

• Skill in communicating technical findings in straightforward language to non-technical partners

• Technical comprehension of system behavior and real-world testing scenarios

• Proficient in using internal testing and configuration tools, test management platforms, and ticketing systems
