Production Print Solutions Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales teams and clients to design and implement software solutions and professional services.

• Offer technical support during sales presentations, customer training, and the delivery of professional services.

• Engage in on-site visits to customers for meetings, surveys, and inspections.

• Act as a technical advisor during meetings with customer IT staff.

• Support the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

• Aid in the creation of sales proposals.

• Contribute to the development of workflows and assessments.

• Create Proofs of Concept (POCs) for client review and approval.

• Assist in crafting Statements of Work (SOWs) that detail customer requirements and responsibilities.

• Ensure that configurations are thorough and accurate.

• Provide post-sales 24/7 after-hours support and implementation services.

• Help customers with application onboarding activities to enhance print volumes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

• 0 to 2 years of related experience.

• Relevant business experience in printing pre-sales/post-sales support within Large Format, office, and production settings.

• Fiery Professional & Expert Certification.

• Certified Color Management Professional Master.

• A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.

• Certain minimum auto insurance coverages are necessary.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Applicants must reside in the United States at the time of hire.
