This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accurately enter purchase orders into the D365 PO ERP system.
• Dispatch purchase orders to vendors via the Next platform or email.
• Ensure data accuracy in order-tracking systems.
• Assess vendor-submitted tasks through Nexus and either approve or reject them with appropriate communication.
• Execute manual adjustments to purchase orders in D365.
• Generate copies of purchase orders and reports from ERP and Nexus systems for Planners and Vendors.
• Coordinate with SanMar Regional offices regarding confirmations, updates, and issues related to purchase orders.
• Support Production Planners by making Air Requests to vendors to address inventory shortages.
• Research information across various systems to respond to Sales team inquiries concerning ETA details.
• Monitor inbound shipments and modify purchase orders to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain synchronization and accuracy across multiple systems throughout the day.
• Collaborate across functions with Planners, Product Development, PD Ops, Regional Offices, Logistics, and Distribution.
• Undertake other assigned tasks as necessary.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Planning Operations, Administrative, or Supply Chain roles, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail with consistent accuracy and organization.
• Proficient in or eager to learn Microsoft Office, D365, and Nexus.
• Experience in data entry and information retrieval in ERP systems.
• Capability to manage a high workload and prioritize effectively.
• Understanding of the order of operations.
• Ability to research and apply relevant information pertaining to job responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• A collaborative team player who respects colleagues and is willing to support the team.
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated individual who requires minimal supervision.
