Production Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee dashboards, alerts, payments, and the status of game and sports providers.

• Utilize AI assistants to manage alerts, analyze logs, and summarize issues prior to escalation.

• Adhere to runbooks by opening, tracking, and escalating incidents with appropriate evidence.

• Investigate stuck deposits and withdrawals, failed bet settlements, and provider outages; take action based on runbooks.

• Activate or deactivate games, providers, or payment methods in accordance with runbooks and necessary approvals.

• Communicate with Support and CRM teams during incidents.

• Generate shift handover reports created by AI and reviewed by the operator.

• Propose enhancements to runbooks and alert systems.

• Monitor the platform 24/7, respond promptly to incidents, and ensure the safety of players and financial transactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in support or NOC roles.

• Proficient with dashboards, logs, and fundamental SQL.

• Regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar for log analysis, summaries, and reporting.

• Ability to verify AI outputs before taking action.

• Knowledge of AI safety principles, including the importance of not entering sensitive or player information into public AI tools.

• Adheres to approval processes.

• Proficient in clear written English.

• Maintains composure under pressure.

• Availability for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
